Booking Terms and Conditions

No Smoking Policy - A no smoking policy operate throughout our coaches.
Our standard terms and conditions. At the time of booking, seat numbers will be allocated, so in order to choose your seat we advise early booking. Rothbury Motors expect each day excursion to be operated as advised, but reserves the right without previous notice to vary or cancel any tour at their discretion. In the event of a significant variation or cancellation, you may continue with your Tour as varied, or accept any comparable alternative we may offer, or cancel your booking and receive a refund in full. Where a customer cancels a reservation before departure, a refund to the value of the ticket less a 20% cancellation charge will be given. No refunds will be give for tickets which are cancelled after departure.
